Partner/Spouse Support

Why Spouse/Partner Support and Career Coaching?

Moving a dual career family can be challenging, and therefore important to support both the employee and the spouse/partner. If the family has decided to accept the assignment it typically means the spouse/partner has left their job, or decided to take a break and volunteer or work in the new country. Whatever they decide, it is important to have the support of P2P in the new country so they can adjust and begin their new life. We have career coaches all over the world who can provide services such as, updating a CV/Resume, how to interview, and working with a headhunter.

“ I have good news! I got a senior quality assurance specialist position at the company that I last interviewed at. I am so excited! And thank you for your valuable guidance, I used many of your suggestions, advice and tips that you provided during our coaching sessions.”  – Inpat to California
